How helpful the staff were when our car disappeared. We parked in the Grand Place on our first night. Went back in the morning and it was gone. It had been towed away from a parking space that was suddenly now about to have a stage put on it. They made many phone calls to track down our car's whereabouts and arranged a taxi to take us to the police station and compound etc. Thank you so much for your help.

Location and staff were great. Breakfast was really good - fresh, hot chocolate croissants! Beds with duvets - crisp cotton! Would stay here again.

Location: easy to walk all over the city from the hotel. Comfortable beds and the hotel was quiet.

Right in the heart of Arras A few steps from Grande Place and Place des Heros. Staff were very welcoming Like all B&B Hotels I have stayed in , it was clean, practical and comfortable. Bathroom small but well laid out, Power shower was good. Bed fresh and comfortable Nice lounge area by reception. Very bright and modern with charging points and drinks machine with free tea ,infusions and coffee Hotel is very convenient for sightseeing and walking in Arras town centre. Parking nearby in the main square. There is also a large park and ride carpark about 10 minutes walk away. There is a free electric bus into town from there. We were lucky and got a parking space in Place Ipswich ( near the British red telephone box!)

The location was very good, in the centrum. But still it was really quiet. Nice interior design. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location - a short walk from.the railway station and on a street just off from La Place des Héros at La Grande Place. Hotel is in the process of being refurbished - I wasn't disturbed during my stay and think it will benefit, as the rooms are a little dated. Despite its central location, the street itself is quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly - I could store my luggage after an early arrival, which was great. Breakfast had a good selection and was available from 6.30 am for a few hours, which meant I could get out for a run before breakfast and still be in time for opening hours of museums or taking a train to explore the area. Would definitely recommend the hotel, and Arras, as a base for exploring locally.

Yes the bed was particularly comfortable. The location is next to the main square and walkable to the train station. The staff were very helpful and the desk was available late at night. The breakfast was also generous in a sunny room. We were able to store the bike and bags after check in for the day.

Nice and welcoming staff in this wonderfully located hotel a few steps away from la place des heros. Clean room, a bit small but not a problem if you don't plan to spend your day in the room. Ask for a quiet room on the courtyard side and not on the street side. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent budget hotel in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the main squares. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location and Value for Money. Needed a Hotel within walking distance of Arras town centre and this was brilliant, in-between the Grand Place and the Place Des Heros, difficult to get anything more central. And at a very good price,
